What we do
Publish content — We publish content to help organizations solve nearly any content challenge — from single-source publishing to global intelligent content strategy, and beyond. We produce an informative series of content strategy books in our partnership with XML Press and conduct sponsored industry research studies.
Host events — We host virtual and in-person content-focused events, including the Information Development World and Technical Documentation RoundUp conferences (both on hiatus since 2022). We produce over 100 free topic-based educational webinars annually, serving the educational needs of over 67,000 subscribers. Our recorded webinars archive contains of over 36,000 hours of free video content (600+ shows).
Advocate — Through persuasive presentations, case studies, and real-world examples, we work to establish content as a cornerstone in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We showcase the tangible benefits that investing in content and its proper management can provide, from increased customer satisfaction to cost-efficiency. We often find ourselves tackling the overlooked, but incredibly vital subject of technical documentation, arguing that it can dramatically improve user experience, if designed thoughtfully.
