According to a news release from Plaxo, the company has just signed an agreement to be acquired by Comcast, a large cable television and internet service provider in the US. Comcast says integrating Plaxo into its services will help them “connect customers with all the people they care about, across all of the devices they use, with all the media they love to consume, create, and share.” Convergence.
