I recently stumbled across ThisIsBroken.com, a humorous and extremely valuable web site chocked full of visitor-supplied examples of things that don’t work well. The site has a library full of bad examples going back several years. Many listings include pictures to help illustrate the flaws identified.
The site owner, Mark Hurst, says his site “exists to make businesses more aware of their customer experience problems, and how to fix them.”
Check out ThisIsBroken.com and tell the world about the things that you’ve found that don’t work quite right. Maybe your efforts will help improve future products and services. If nothing else, you’ll get a chuckle.
