Browser Wars Redux: Enter Mozilla FireFox and Opera

While analysts report Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (IE) browser is losing market share, many developers are still designing web sites and internet applications that don’t work well in other browsers. The question is, why would anyone want to develop a business solution that fails to work for millions of non-IE users who are also potential customers?
