They came from numerous U.S. and Canadian cities and from as far away as Denmark, Australia, France—even Palestine and Kazakhstan—to attend the CM Professionals Spring 2006 Summit. The twice yearly gathering of professional content professionals now in progress in San Francisco attracted attendees from myriad industries and included representatives from companies such as: John Deere, USAA, Intel, All State Insurance, Information Mapping, Sirkovsky Aircraft, and Information Today.
Presenters provided detailed information about the content management projects on which they have worked, as well as on technical topics of interest to organizations hoping to take advantage of increasingly powerful content management tools and technologies. Sponsoring organizations Astroria Software and Optaros both declared their support of content management as a discipline and explained in brief why support for CM Pros was important.
Presentations will be made available for download from the CM Pros website shortly after the event.
The CM Professionals Spring 2006 Summit is held in conjunction with the Gilbane Conference on Content Management.
