Podcast: James Robertson On Starting A Content Management Project

James Robertson, head of Step Two Designs, speaks frankly with Rahel Bailie of Intentional Design in this brief podcast that offers practical advice for starting a content management project.

During the interview, Robertson points out that content management systems are “enablers” and don’t “automagically” solve problems (like many vendors would have you believe). They can, Robertson says, “make difficult things easier, or seemingly impossible things possible”.

Notable Robertson quote: “Individuals spend considerably more time shopping for a $20,000 automobile than they do a million dollar CMS.”
