Is your organization maintaining its support web site in more than one language? Then we invite you to have your work recognized by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP), known worldwide for its Year’s Ten Best Web Support Sites program.
ASP and the Localization Industry Standards Association (LISA) are collaborating to produce the first Year’s Ten Best International Web Support Sites Awards Program. All entrants will receive a custom analysis of their sites’ international strengths and weaknesses from judges who are experts in the fields of localization and international support. And, if your site is selected as one of the best, your work will be recognized and profiled in Best International Web Support Sites, to be published by LISA in early 2006.
The awards program is open to any organization that provides support sites in three or more languages (including the language of its “home” market). Independent judges will evaluate the sites in five broad categories, based on 25 criteria derived from ASP’s evaluation metrics in the following categories:
* Overall usability, design and navigation
* Knowledgebase and search implementation
* Interactive features
* Personalization and locale-specific adaptation
* Integration of international support as part of an overall strategy
Apply today and share this information with your colleagues. Entries will be accepted through September 19, 2005.
