There’s a lack of quality information in our industry when it comes to creating content for Latino American consumers. It’s not just about Spanish. It’s about respecting cultural differences, understanding the various flavors of the Spanish language, and localizing content so that it’s relevant to the target audience. Christine Boucher of Iverson Translation addressed the members of Content Management Professionals last November in Boston.
